Refund Information for Merdian Grand Tournament 2024
Many know Meridian Grand Tournament has been canceled due to weather. The safety of our Kingdom and the SCA is of the utmost importance to us. It was not an easy decision, but a necessary one.
To request your refund, send an email to mtgrefund@meridies.org providing the required information listed below. No messenger, no phone calls, no texts. We must receive an email requesting the refund by midnight on October 9 to process all refund requests.
If a person wishes a refund, the required information is listed below to process the request.
- Mundane Name
- SCA Name (if available)
- If paid by PayPal, the PayPal Invoice # and PayPal Receipt
- Mailing address, including City, State, and Zip Code
- Phone number
- Email address
*Checks will only be written to the business or person who paid the invoice.
If you would like to donate your registration fees to help cover the event expenditures, no action is required, and we thank you immensely for your generosity.
All refund requests must be submitted by midnight on October 9. Refund requests received after 12:01 a.m. on October 10 will not be processed. All event registration fees not requested for refunds will be tagged as donations.
